I bought a 12 used car, which model is Volkswagen Golf MK4 1.8L Naturally Aspirated.
After an accident, I have to repair my car.
The car is built on the same platform as the Audi TT MK1 named PQ34.
As a result, I’ve used a variety of processes to modify my car, including but not limited to add a new turbocharger……
Teardown
Engine
This is the cylinder head. The hydraulic valve tappet has been damaged and the connecting surface is scratched.
Crankshaft, Camshaft, pitsons, rod, freewheel, these have been taken down.
The floating bearing has been severely damaged.
Gearbox
The transmission was likewise removed and disassembled
Interiors
For the interiors, the carpets, dashboard, seats, and central tunnel were all removed.
Glass Lifter Removal and Speaker Replacement

ECU Program
I rebuilt the whole ECU hardware and software. The main MCU replaced by Infineon Aurix TC264 with higher frequency, which completely improves the sensor refresh rate and provides a high-speed interface for logging.
Installing

Everything is new, new cylinder barrels, new bearings, new gaskets.

Install new valve seals, valve hydraulic tappets, valve springs
Install forged crankshaft.
Oil pump, oil suction nozzle installed, oil pan installed
New gas valve base.
Forged pitsons and rods.
Intake & Turbocharger
Cylinded head has been installed.
Assembling
Engine wires, which include sensors, ignitations and fuel injector.
Installing engine.
Finished
Channel1 is the Crankshaft Signal.
Channel2 is the Camshaft Signal.
Engine is working well.
Finally, my car had fully accomplished its rebirth way.
